- Conduct emails to real estate agents / tenants

- Prepare leasing reports

In the event we recommend our property management services, the leasing and management staff will jointly develop a business plan that includes a leasing and property management budget that will be presented to the Landlord for review and approval.
Examples of the components of the plan:
- Leasing plan and budget for each vacant space and upcoming renewals
- Thorough review of all operating systems to determine if any efficiencies, cost savings and comfort that can be achieved to provide tenants with maximum value
- Thorough review of all contracts for services
- Develop a marketing plan and program to assist with new leasing and retention
