Professional Experience

As Senior Associate for BishopBeale, Scott Williamson’s primary responsibilities include transactions, developing new business and servicing existing long-term clients. From a transaction perspective, Scott has successfully represented sellers and buyers, both national and local, by displaying a deep understanding of influencing market conditions. His transaction experience also includes tenant representation and landlord agency work. Developing new business is truly an art form that requires years of experience, networking skills and sometimes just good timing. Participation in professional organizations and long-term residency in the Orlando market combine to benefit Scott’s clients.

Scott loves Florida State football and lives in a house full of Gators. While at FSU, he studied economics and became a member of Phi Delta Theta. Scott’s son attends the University of Florida and his high school daughter competes in club soccer. Scott and his wife enjoy traveling along the Blue Ridge Parkway and have taken many memorable trips to the city of Blowing Rock.
