Kyle Wood, ASC, LEED-AP | Executive Vice President

Professional Experience

As Executive Vice President, Kyle Wood oversees all corporate operations for BishopBeale. His responsibilities include strategic financial decision making, managing human resources, negotiating contracts, overseeing company investments and managing departmental growth within the divisions of BishopBeale. Additionally, Kyle directs all Investment Sales efforts, and has closed over $50 million in transactions during the last three years. He also leads the Advalorem Tax Consulting department, which has surpassed $100 million dollars in portfolio value. Kyle’s transaction volume earned him BishopBeale’s Top Producer award for 2014.

Kyle began his career as the company’s Financial Analyst providing support to the Principals and clients through financial and cash flow analysis, tax advisory services, and the preparation of investment offerings. During his tenure, he’s also had experience in leasing, tenant representation, development management and asset management. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and a Masters in Real Estate from the University of Florida. Along with holding a real estate license, Kyle is an ARGUS-DCF Certified Analyst and a LEED Accredited Professional. Kyle is a native of Central Florida and currently resides in Winter Park.
