Dianne Crouse - Senior Property Manager
Dianne Crouse has over 30 years of property management experience in Central Florida in office, retail, flex, industrial and facilities management with local and institutional owners. Her success in the property management field is a result of her extensive experience in working closely with owners to understand their goals and objectives and maintaining strong relationships with tenants. Keeping open lines of communication with both owners and tenants is imperative to a strong property management program. While managing retail, Dianne was a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has been involved with Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) for 20+ years, she has chaired the Education Committee, the Government Affairs Committee, served on many other committees and served as president of BOMA Orlando in 2010. As a member of BOMA Florida, Dianne served on the Executive Committee and as Secretary of BOMA Florida in 2011.

Emily Weidner, LEED-AP - Property Manager
Emily Weidner has over 7 years of experience in commercial, mixed-use and multi-family project management and development. Her experience has been primarily with facility design and construction however, she also has knowledge in managing residential and commercial property throughout Downtown Orlando and New York City. Emily has an interest and expertise in green building and management and earned her designation as a LEED-AP through the United States Green Building Council in 2008. She is also an active member of a variety of civic and professional organizations. Currently, she is most active with the Urban Land Institute, the City of Orlando’s Historic Preservation Board and Downtown CREDO.

Katyann Grindle - Assistant Property Manager
As an Assistant Property Manager, Katyann Grindle focuses on Tenant relations for a variety of retail, office, and industrial properties.
Prior to entering Property Management at BishopBeale, Katyann worked for a membership organization in the East Orlando community focusing on marketing, membership relations, and event planning. She also has extensive experience in coaching and business consulting in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
Katyann graduated Cum Laude from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Science in Business Management. She is currently attending the University of Central Florida pursuing her Master’s degree in Business Administration.

Christian Dionne - Senior Property Engineer
Christian Dionne has over 14 years of combined experience in the mechanical and electrical field with extensive knowledge in class A office, retail and industrial bay warehouse properties. He has operated as foreman or superintendent on a variety of commercial buildings for many clients. Christian has supervised multiple employees on major build outs including medical office and equipment, class A office, large industrial complexes, electrical, mechanical and standby generators.
As Senior Property Engineer for all internal and 3rd party managed portfolio, Christian oversees all maintenance personnel, construction projects, preventative maintenance and tenant build outs. He is a hands-on engineer performing tasks as needed on weekly property assessments. Christian holds an FAA Airframe Certification from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.
