William D. Bishop III - Principal
Billy Bishop is one of the founders and Principals of BishopBeale. His key role in the Company is to inspire, teach and create strategic direction for all divisions including brokerage, property management, facilities maintenance, development, investment services and commercial tax appeal services. Billy devotes much of his time developing relationships, expanding the Company and exploring new opportunities.
Prior to becoming a business owner, Billy spent three years in the construction industry as a project manager with A.K. Holcomb Construction. He worked with Schrimsher Properties, Rife Miller and Harrison Realty & Development, where he spent several years in the syndication business and gained his real estate
experience. In 1999, Billy went on to form Bishop Realty & Development whose gross revenues exceeded $2.5 million annually; and in 2002, he partnered to form Performance Construction whose gross revenues exceeded 12 million dollars per year in Class A office tenant improvements.
Billy has created a development portfolio consisting of multiple real estate holding companies. He was born and raised in the College Park district of Orlando and graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in business. Billy is a licensed real estate broker, a certified building contractor and has held a securities license. He currently resides on the board of NAIOP.

Michael F. Beale, CCIM - CEO
With 30-plus years of experience in commercial real estate development, Michael Beale is a highly experienced senior level executive recognized nationally in the commercial real estate development and leasing industry. He has an outstanding ability to conduct extremely complex business transactions, legal contracts and negotiations which aligns with his current role of founder and CEO of BishopBeale.
Mike has initiated approximately $200 million in new development projects. In his career, he has developed more than 3 million square feet of office buildings, was directly involved in the sale and acquisition of over $2 billion dollars of office buildings and leases with an aggregate value in excess of $1 billion.
He is the past president of NAIOP of Central Florida and a former board member of Mid Florida Economic Development Commission. He also serves as leader of Team Orlando acting as liaison to the City of Orlando government. Mike graduated from Florida State University, is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and holds a CCIM Designation.
