Kyle Wood, ASC, LEED AP - Vice President of Investment Services
As Vice President of Investment Services, Kyle Wood manages the underwriting, financing, and asset management needs of BishopBeale and its strategic partners. He also manages the acquisition and disposition needs for the partners of BishopBeale and its clients. He is the leader of BishopBeale’s Ad-valorem Tax Consulting department, and has been successful in reducing the total assessed value of BishopBeale’s tax portfolio which had a 2010 assessed value in excess of $40 million dollars.
Kyle started with BishopBeale as the company’s Financial Analyst after graduating from the University of Florida’s Master of Science in Real Estate program. He provides support to the Principals of BishopBeale and clients through financial and cash flow analysis, tax advisory services, and the preparation of investment offerings.
He holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance and a Masters in Real Estate from the University of Florida. Prior to completing his Master’s degree, Kyle served as head teaching assistant for multiple courses while at the University of Florida. He is also a co-founder of the Real Estate Society at UF. Along with holding a real estate license, Kyle is an ARGUS-DCF Certified Analyst and a LEED Accredited Professional. Kyle is a native of Central Florida and currently resides in the College Park area of Orlando.

Patrick Goetz - Vice President
A 40-year College Park resident, Pat Goetz has watched Central Florida’s phenomenal growth firsthand. He has accumulated 18 years of finance and retail insurance experience. Pat specializes in the sales and leasing of retail, industrial and office property in the Central Florida area. He graduated from Brevard College and is a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate.

Jonathan Hellein - Retail Leasing Associate
Jonathan Hellein has over 3 years of specialized retail commercial real estate experience. He has facilitated multiple real estate deals representing National REIT Landlords and has provided Tenant Representation services to established local, regional, and national retail concepts. As a leasing associate, he focuses on Tenant Representation Services as well as 3rd Party Landlord Representation for a variety of retail property types.
Jonathan graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelors degree in Real Estate and is a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate. He has lived in Florida for over 20 years and has been a resident of Central Florida for more than 9 years. He is an active member of both ICSC and the UCF Dr. Phillips School of Real Estate.

Ryan Phelps - Retail Leasing Associate
Ryan Phelps has over 8 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry. Ryan has experience in all facets of Retail Landlord Leasing including, but not limited to: Power Centers, Grocery Anchored Centers, Single Tenant Buildings and Multi-Tenant Strip Centers. Throughout his career he has worked for a variety of established developers, brokering over 160 transactions totaling over 318,000 square feet. Ryan’s responsibilities include third party landlord leasing, outparcel sales, and tenant representation.
Ryan graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker. Ryan is an Orlando, Florida native, where he currently resides with his wife Kathy.

Tony Nguyen, CCIM - Associate
Tony’s real estate career began in Southern California in 2003 at the early age of 19, where he earned a Rookie Agent of the Year Award. Soon after, he was named one of the top 10 real estate agents in his market, eventually climbing his way to number 1. Tony remained in the top 1% of all real estate agents based on the number of units sold for all of 2008 and 2009. Further, while becoming an elite real estate professional, Tony founded and is an active principal of an investment group who buys and sells real estate assets in Southern California and Central Florida.
In 2009, Tony moved back to Central Florida to be home, closer to his family and friends. In his free time, Tony enjoys spending time with his fiancée, family, skiing, golfing, tennis and playing racquetball.

Nicholas Fouraker - Director of Office Services
As Director of Office Services, Nicholas oversees a team of professionals who specialize in transactional services on behalf of landlords, owners, buyers and tenants of office properties. Throughout his career, Nicholas has represented clients in commercial lease and sale transactions in excess of $35 million dollars.
Nicholas’ engaging and dynamic personality allows him to establish a strong rapport with his clients and colleagues. His exceptional market knowledge and creative negotiation skills have distinguished him as an emerging leader in the Central Florida commercial real estate community.
A finance graduate of the University of Central Florida, Nicholas holds a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate and is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Downtown Orlando Partnership Board (DOP), and a past member of the City of Belle Isle Planning and Zoning Committee. Samuel T. Gaslin - Office Leasing Associate
Samuel Gaslin, an office leasing associate, specializes in all aspects of commercial sales and leasing. He began his career at BishopBeale in the Office Department’s intern program where he gained knowledge of the national and regional perspectives in commercial real estate. Samuel graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance. He is a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate and has served as Vice President of the UCF Real Estate Club, where he is still an active member. Samuel is a Jacksonville native currently residing in east Orlando.
